Lawrence P. Howorth is the President and Founder of HOWORTH International, LLC, a multinational Interim Management, Fractional/Part Time Management, Project Management and Advisory Services firm based in Dallas Texas, USA. Lawrence has over 39 years of multinational business experience in multiple industries.

A private investor and business mentor, Lawrence has held senior executive-level positions including CEO, President, COO, CFO in several multinational organizations as well as interim, project and fractional executive management positions through his practice. He has co-founded two multinational start-up companies and has developed and managed businesses in over 25 countries. Mr. Alejandro Nieto is an Advisory Board Member and Resource Partner at HOWORTH International. Mr. Nieto has an extensive career in International General Management, Supply Chain, Information & Technology Services and Global Trade, and he is publicly recognized as business leader and trusted advisor worldwide. He is a Fellow and Advisory Board Member of International Affairs at the Tower Center of Political Studies at Southern Methodist University (SMU), and Advisory Board Member of the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado.

Over the last couple of years Alejandro led the international growth of LLamasoft, Inc. as Senior Vice President of International Sales responsible for Europe, Asia and Latin America. Prior to LLamasoft Alejandro was Vice President of Retail for Latin America for JDA Software Group, the leading provider of innovative supply chain management, merchandising and pricing excellence solutions worldwide. For over a decade, Alejandro Nieto contributed to the growth of Infor Global Solutions holding diverse Senior Management positions in sales, marketing, consulting and channels, both globally and in Latin America. Before Infor, he was Managing Director Latin America for EXE/SSA Global Technologies. Between 1998 and 2001, Alejandro was Vice President of Global Services for Prologis Trust. Richard brings over 45 years of experience residential and commercial real estate and housing, specifically planning, public administration, development, architectural conceptualization and project management for public and private projects. 
His experience includes managing the commercial activities of large engineering and construction companies with over 3.000 employees (Schahin Cury, Lix da Cunha, Conter, Marquise) with interests in both private (industries, hotels, shopping centers, residential and commercial buildings) and public sectors (housing, schools and hospital projects, electro-mechanical projects, concessions and privatization, programs for sanitation and transportation). João Jr. A. Rodrigues, Founder and Executive Director, IMAECO


João Rodrigues is the Founder and Executive Director of IMAECO, a new environmental solutions company in Brazil. Previously, he was the Founder and Managing Partner of IMA do Brasil and related Group/JV companies that was founded in the early 1980’s and grew to include nine companies, employing over 600 employees working throughout the country of Brazil. IMA had diversified operations with a customer base that included some of the largest and most prestigious multinational companies in the world. Their expertise included environmental services, renewable energy, efficiency (Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma), engineering and manufacturing location and services, distribution, regulatory compliance, import/export regulation and logistics and human capital consulting.
João graduated in mechanical engineering from FEI – Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial de São Bernardo do Campo and began his career at Ford Electronics (now Visteon) as the Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for supplier development Later, he served with AMP (now Tyco) as Product Development Engineer. Fernando Diez Viotti – Director of P2Brasil, Director, Business Development of Highline do Brasil and Partner and co-founder of Viotti Equipamentos Medicos

Fernando is currently a Director of P2Brasil which was established by Pátria and Promon to manage private equity investments in infrastructure assets predominantly in Brazil. He is also the current Director, Business Development of Highline do Brasil, an independent provider of infrastructure solutions for the wireless telecommunications industry, building and operating customized projects and a portfolio of potential communication sites (towers, rooftops and distributed antenna systems).

He is also a Partner and co-founder of Viotti Equipamentos Medicos he managed new product line development which was incubated in a research center. Viotti Medical is a Brazilian medical device manufacturer with headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Viotti holds the rare medical device manufacturing certification issued by the Brazilian federal regulatory agency, ANVISA. In addition to Viotti manufacturing their own brand of medical device equipment, they contract their facilities and expertise to outside holders of medical device technology.Together with the Viotti in-house team, they have an extensive engineering and regulatory network that serves the medical device as well as a broad range of other industries.

Fernando was a partner with Greentech Capital, a Private Equity firm for clean technology and the founder and Country Manager Brazil of Avangard Innovative, a Recyclable material trader. He led the investment for a bio-control company in Brazil and Perenne an engineering Company in Brasil and for Sykué, Brazil’s first biomass thermoelectric plant run entirely on elephant grass. He is also the acting CEO of Panozon, the first ozone industry in Brazil.

He was a member of McKinsey & Co., Unibanco Fellow Program, the 3rd largest private bank in Brazil. While at McKinsey & Co. he created a new business model for Fininvest (Largest financing company in Brazil)

Fernando was the Manager at UTE Bahia I (Thermal Power plant included in the Brazilian government emergency energy program, invested in by Promon Engenharia and led projects in new business development, marketing and corporate structuring).

Fernando has a Brazil Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the Escola Politecnica da Universidade de Sao Paulo (POLI – USP), and a Brazil Specialization in Capital Markets from the Faculdade de Economia e Administracao (FEA – USP). Jia Qing Zhu is originally from Shanghai China.  He has a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Texas Wesleyan University and International Trade, Richland College, Dallas Texas.​Before he came to the United States, he worked at the Shanghai Baud data communication company as account manager in 2009. In addition, he also worked in a Shanghai construction company in Cairo Egypt as a Chinese to Arabic translator in 2010.

He has also worked for Pride Green as Business Development Manager in electric recycling since 2012 in Dallas Texas.

Jia is proficient in Chinese, English and Arabic language.

Emilienne Fiogbe, currently enrolled in the International Business and Trade program at Richland College (http://www.richlandcollege.edu), part of the Dallas, Texas county Community College District, has been one of our current interns since early 2013. Emilienne is under the council of Chip Izard, Program Administrator for the school of International Business and Trade at Richland College.>Emilienne is originally from the Benin Republic, a Western country of Africa. She has a Bachelor Degree in English from the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin and has always been interested in international studies. When Emilienne came to the United States after her graduation, she decided to major in International Business and Trade. Emilienne is active in student organizations at Richland College as the president of the International Studies Club (ISC) at Richland College and the co-founder & vice-president of the African Young Leaders Association (AYOLAS).At HOWORTH International, Emilienne has been actively researching natural personal care products producing in Africa with a market potential in the United States and Canada – see the Research White Paper below: “AFRICA – the New World Market”.

Charity Mutesi, currently enrolled in international business at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, joined HOWORTH International in early 2016. 

Charity is originally from Rwanda, but went to school in Uganda and Rwanda as well. During her school years she took on several leadership roles including the President of Never Again for the youth in Rwanda. 

In 2015, she organized a Rwanda genocide commemoration at her University where they were visited by the Rwandan Ambassador and City Council of Longview, TX.

In 2014, Charity was active in an internship with the United Nations in Senegal, Dakar.

At HOWORTH International, Charity will be expanding her knowledge of International Trade between several African countries and the USA as well as other countries.

Howorth, President of HOWORTH International, was been selected as a mentor for Frisco High School student Alex Bouterse. Mr. Bouterse selected a project in “International Business”.
